Wisconsin Clean Cities Annual Reporting

It's time once again to fill out the annual report! We are collecting information from 2017 based on your fleet's alternative fuel and advanced technology vehicles, idle reduction efforts, alternative fuel station openings and fuel economy improvements. Please take a moment to fill out the report about your fleet. By doing so, you'll help us track all of the alternative fuel usage, locations and vehicles in Wisconsin.
Each year, WCC collects data from stakeholders and produces a coalition report. The report reflects all the outstanding work taking place in Wisconsin and can be used to promote our coalition and our great state. Help us showcase all the activity taking place in Wisconsin by telling us about your efforts to reduce petroleum consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. The report also provides Wisconsin with opportunities for funding alternative fuel. Plus, our annual stakeholder awards are awarded based on the data collected from this report!
Please note the report includes petroleum reduction methods beyond alternative fuels and hybrid vehicles. The report includes methods such as carpooling, telecommuting, low-rolling resistance tires, trailer aerodynamic packages, and switching to more efficient or smaller vehicles.
You may complete the report here. Please return report's to Courtney Long at courtney.long@wicleancities.org. If you have any questions or comments, please contact Lorrie Lisek at 414-221-4958 or lorrie.lisek@wicleancities.org.
Reports must be completed no later than Thursday, February 15, 2018 to ensure timely reporting to the U.S. Department of Energy.
Thank you for your continued support of Wisconsin Clean Cities and Driving Wisconsin Forward!

Annual Report FAQ
How Does It Work?
We collect the data by sending out an excel spreadsheet to all coalition stakeholders asking for information on your fleet. After completing the report, you may edit your responses. WCC staff will be on-hand to answer questions and help out with any part of the report.

Who Should Participate?
Anyone can submit a report!  All WCC members, partners, and stakeholders that have alternative fueled vehicles, advanced technology vehicles, dispense alternative fuel(s), use idle reduction methods or policies, or reduce their vehicle miles traveled (carpooling, public transit, telecommuting, etc.). We encourage you to forward this email to other organizations that have taken steps to utilize alternative fuels and efficiency technologies. For example, if you do not have an alternative fueled vehicle, but ride the bus to work twice a week or work from home several times a week, you can report that data.

What Does WCC Do With The Data?
Once WCC has collected all the data, it is submitted to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and aggregate numbers are shared with the coalition. It is a deliverable for our funding contract and is a great way for us to show the DOE what is happening in Wisconsin. Individual data collected from stakeholders will not be shared publicly; only aggregate totals about the entire coalition will be shared. We also use the data for our Annual Stakeholder Meeting awards and feature in our informational materials about the coalition.
